Exchange/Return Policy  

Ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase is very important to Otazoi, Inc. (“Otazoi”). Otazoi understands that errors can occur and mistakes can happen.

Otazoi has a firm policy of not restocking any returned item.  Returned items (that are not defective) will be donated to a worthy non-profit, educational organization.
 

Exchange Policy – Otazoi Error or Product Defect

If Otazoi inadvertently ships you an incorrect or defective product, Otazoi will replace that product with the correct product free of charge.  To be reimbursed for the shipping costs you incur in returning the product to us, please contact Otazoi for shipping instructions.
 
Exchange/Return Policy – Other than Otazoi Error


The following exchange/return policy applies to all products returned or exchanged for any reason other than an Otazoi error or product defect: 

Exchange/return products must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be unused.  Exchange/return products must be accompanied by a reason for their exchange/return.  Exchange/return products must be sent back to Otazoi within 15 days from receipt of the order.
BulletAn Otazoi credit will be issued for all exchange/return products.  The credit can be applied to future purchases.  BulletThe credit will be for the total amount of the exchange/return products less Otazoi’s actual shipping costs, if any.  Upon receipt of all exchange/return products, Otazoi will notify you via email of the amount of your Otazoi credit.  Should Otazoi determine that the exchange/return product(s) have been used or their condition is not as they were originally sent to you, Otazoi will notify you accordingly.  Should you then wish to have the products returned to you, the applicable shipping costs will apply and to be charged to you.
